Yoga 121 is for anyone who wants to establish a yoga practice, or accelerate or deepen their existing practice. Postures are taught from the first and second Ashtanga series, using a flowing system of breath, synchronised with movement into and out of poses. Classes will be personalised to your need, but will follow a structure of sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, and the finishing sequence, including backbends.
